WHAT IS WB-EMS?

Whole body-electro muscle stimulation is a highly effective, low impact, 20-minute training method utilizing modern technology that helps you to build muscle and increase muscle tone and definition. And yes- it really is just one a week! As a licensed EMS trainer, I will work with you one-on-one, find the perfect levels for you and customize your workout to your fitness goals all in my newly renovated home studio.
